What is Specialty Coffee?
High-quality coffee beans that Q-Graders score 80 points or higher on a 100-point scale set by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). These beans are carefully grown, processed, and roasted to highlight their unique flavors. After roasting, the coffee is evaluated through "cupping," where experts assess aroma, flavor, body, acidity, and aftertaste. A score is then assigned based on these attributes.

What grind options do you offer?

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship the day roasted/packed and are generally delivered to customers in 3-4 business days. Most of our products are shipped in curbside recyclable mailers and boxes. We ship all retail orders via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Do you offer returns or refunds?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us and we’ll take care of it. We’ll send a replacement at no cost, cover shipping, and expedite your order so you receive it as quickly as possible.

What if someone Steals my Package?
Once your coffee leaves our roastery, it enters the care of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Because package theft occurs after successful delivery, we are unable to automatically replace or refund orders in these cases.
If your order shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it: 1. Check nearby: Look around your mailbox cluster, porch, or with neighbors. 2. Wait 24 hours: Occasionally carriers scan packages early. 3. Contact your local Post Office or Carrier: They may be able to provide details on where the package was placed. 4. File a report: ◦ USPS Missing Mail Form: Submit online here ◦ USPS Theft Report: File a mail theft report ◦ Police Report: For stolen mail, also consider filing with local law enforcement.
